House Rules

We are a friendly and happy team who enjoy providing the highest levels of customer service and offer a warm welcome to all our clients. We always expect our team to receive respect and we will not tolerate any form of rudeness, aggression or disruptive behaviour, you will be asked to leave the salon immediately and will be refused further appointments.


We offer escapism and promote a calming oasis for our clients therefore with respect please put your mobile phones on silent considering other clients within salon.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy if you are running late please call so we can do our best to accommodate you. Regrettably late arrivals will only receive the remaining time allocated at full cost for the service booked.


We understand things change from time to time, should you need to cancel please give us a much notice as possible as this allows us to offer our services to other clients. We monitor all cancellations, should you frequently cancel your appointment last minute or simply don’t show at all you will be asked to pay for your appointment in full upfront. This is refundable if you cancel within 36 hours.


We have limited availability for children and the costs involved at based upon the time required. Clients expect a relaxing experience from SBH you must consider the well-being of our other clients in salon, we accept no responsibility for the safety of your child.
