My hairdressing career began when I was just 14 years old, starting with a school day-release programme to college. At 16, I transitioned to full-time college while simultaneously working hands-on in a salon environment. Over my 19 rewarding years in the industry, I have refined my craft across five different salons. Committed to expanding my skills, I have also completed specialist training in advanced hair extensions to stay at the forefront of modern styling.

While I genuinely enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, my true passion lies in complete hair transformations. I excel in short, textured haircuts, specialise in expert gents’ styling, and absolutely love fitting hair extensions because of the incredible, dramatic transformations they provide. When it comes to colour work, I love creating high-dimension highlights as well as bright, bold, and creative custom colour palettes.

My ultimate salon must-have is Sebastian Professional Potion 9 Lite Conditioning & Styling Spray. I love it because it acts as a phenomenal detangling spray, infusing the hair with lightweight moisture and brilliant shine. It is incredibly versatile and perfectly fits the needs of almost every single client who sits in my chair.
Beyond the Chair
Outside of work, my favourite thing to do is spend quality time with my husband, Mark, and our cat, Simba. I am a big family person and love catching up with friends, especially when we are planning random, spontaneous road trips! When I am relaxing at home, I am also an avid cook who loves experimenting with new recipes.
